In 1971 James F. Shea started Fairmont homes in Nappanee, IN. This later became Gulfstream RV in 1983. Gulfstream is still a family run company. James F. Shea is still involved as well as his three sons. Jim Jr. is in charge of the housing division of Gulfstream. Brian is in charge of the motorized division and Dan is in charge of the towable division. Gulfstream currently employees over 1500 people and they strive to produce a variety of quality motorhomes to choose from.
Gulfstream offers many lines of motorhomes to choose from. The cream of the crop for Gulfstream is the Tourmaster line. The Tourmaster is the perfect unit for the couple who is done working and ready to get out there and explore the world. This unit has everything you could possible need or want in a luxury unit. The Constellation is another unit in the Tourmaster line. The Constellation has a 400 horsepower engine and a full wall slide.

There are 4 motorhomes in the Class A Gas line of Gulfstream. The Independence, the Yellowstone, the Montaj and the Sun Voyager are all a part of the Class A Gas Line. In the luxury Class C Line they offer the Supernova. In the Traditional Class C line they offer a Conquest and a Yellowstone. They will also have a Conquest Sport and Yellowstone sport coming soon that they will add to this line.
Gulfstream also has some Class B motorhomes to choose from. They have the BT Cruiser and the Yellowstone Cruiser. The BT Cruiser has won many awards and has some of the highest customer satisfaction ratings.
